The foodie scene in Jupiter Street is certainly coming alive, thank to the different diverse restaurants popping here and there. It makes our lives harder and at the same time, exciting. Our tummies flutter at the mere thought of “Where do we eat?” as choices are vastly immense, you’d want to try everything. In the recent AMPR Bloggers Appreciation Night, the AMPR Digital and Marketing team invited us bloggers for dinner to share with us their milestones and introduce more partner brands, which included Cuore Bistro and Social Lounge.

Cuore is an Italian word for “heart”, which describes the dishes that they offer in their homey bistro. It is definitely a cool place to hang out with and catch up with friends because of its cozy atmosphere. Let me share what Cuore prepared for us that night:

While waiting for the other guests and mingling with fellow bloggers, we were served with these savory appetizers. They are pita bread, sliced into pieces topped with beef tapa, beef salpicao and Spinach Cream.
The One that Got Away (Php250)
Dishes at Cuore have catchy names that’ll definitely make your meal experience exciting. The One that got Away is their version of fries nachos. You can choose the flavor combo you want for their chicken and chips combo: classic, sweet and spicy and lemon butter. We were able to try the sweet and spicy combo.
Sweet and Spicy Chicken and Chips (Php240)
Fab Mama Fave (Php325)
The Fab Mama Fave pasta is their version of shrimp and vegetable aglio olio while the First Date is Pesto with Sole Fillet.
First Date (Php250)
Cuore’s menu consists of comfort food dishes like pastas, mains and brick oven pizzas. The servings of their pasta is enough for one person while their brick oven pizzas are definitely for share (or you can have all those carbs yourself, your pick).

All my Love

Of course, Coure did not allow us to leave without having desserts. We tried their Summer Camp fling, which was bread pudding topped with roasted marshmallow; and their own version of churros, Dolce Maria.

Overall, Coure Bistro and Social Lounge is indeed a “social” lounge. The dishes we tried tasted nice, especially paired with their broad selection of drinks. Enjoy the night with friends at Cuore Bistro. Thank you AMPR for an amazing night!
